Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping Policy

Every effort will be made to processed orders within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If your order can't be processed within this timeframe you will be notified via email. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In-store Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 143 Brinkley Road, Murray Bridge 5253. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are between 9am-4pm (excluding weekends and holidays). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

If international shipping is required please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can confirm pricing and availability.  

Returns

If we have made a mistake with your order or the item is defective, we are happy to offer returns. If there is any issue with your order please email sales@xtr4x4.com.au so we can assist or arrange a return.

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of receipt.

After arranging the return, securely package the items and post to 143 Brinkley Road, Murray Bridge SA 5253. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund in the case we made an error in your order or the item is defective.

We do not offer change of mind returns at this time. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions after receiving your order.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the original payment method will be refunded automatically. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 5 business days of notification of refund approval.
